There was just a neat show on the history channel along the lines of bomber boys but with a far more interesting subject. It was worth watching just for all the tommy guns and german weapons they fired off. The hand to hand training
stuff done just like sykes and Fairbain would have done was cool as well.
In the next episode they will have to jump from an old C47 with period parachutes.

Neat show. The old fellow training them in Defendo was quite possibly the meanest senior citizen I've ever seen, live or on TV. I'd hate to owe him money, date his daughter, or anger him in any way whatsoever.

My cousin is a TV critic who talked to the guys who did that show, they said the worst part of the hand to hand didn't even make it on tv. I think the quote was "He had no problem kicking you in the nuts to show you how bad it hurts."
