Thanks for the input guys. I saw one for sale for 3000 with extra mags, pouch and sling. The bolt moved but no #### and click and had the removable mag. I didnt pick it up cause I thought it was a little high priced but when I got home it got me thinking. Thanks again.
 
I spoke to Bruce Strader before the Switzer auction, he had a FA 12(2) MP40 for sale on CGN, I think that he got $2,500 for it from a buyer in Nova Scotia.

I am interested in this subject as I have a CA 12(3) MP40.

I heard that at least one guy had his deactivated, and got to keep it, but no compensation...

Myself, and most others I believe, went for the compensation... If we tried to fight it, (and in most likely case, lose) there would be no compensation... Kinda like financial blackmail! Hey, it's not just for the mafia anymore! ;)

Can anybody confirm if these prices are correct?
I have one listed in the ee but it doesn't seem to be getting much interest. I thought I had priced it correctly... But who knows?
 
Bought an airsoft mp40 for $200, all metal and looks identical to the real thing. Full auto and looks good on the wall too. Had a BD38 and also went for compensation, can't stand dewats...
