For one thing, stuff for sale should be listed in the Equipment Exchange, not in a forum. A forum is for education and discussions and, sometimes, just for showing off. You are doing none of these; you are trying to stir up interest in something you want to make a fast buck on flogging off to whatever sucker bites hardest. No insult, either: that's what your style says. (BTW, I used to write ads for a living.)
So stick around a bit, get some experience, maybe even learn a bit, meet some of the folks. Who knows: you might even enjoy it here.
But the way it is right now, Mister Barnum, I wouldn't touch your Maxim with a 10-foot pole. Let's see some good close-up photos.

With all due respect, you're not exactly helping yourself here. That's a whole lot of emotion for something said on the internet.
Over the top for only having 4 posts...welcome aboard. This is a great sight with an abundance of info available. MAny members who have more knowledge in their pinkie than many heads put together...that won't mean much if you p!ss them off though!
The search features of this sight leave a lot to be desired. Work with it a bit. You should also spend a bit of time here:

You will be able to look in the right places for the right answers. Once you see how the search feature works, you'll not have to worry about being snide with one of the few members who have actually fired a Maxim!
In all fairness, asking for a value of something no one can see (due no pictures), and your description won't yield any beneficial results. There is also a strong difference between "aid" and being spoonfed.
lol Once you've read a few thousand posts (in milsurps alone...) you may be able to pony up a touch of respect for a "real man".

Hint to Jay jay. Go back and heavily edit your fifth posting (third in on this thread). Make an apology to Smellie and say your Mea Culpas. I think you would find the regulars here accepting of a apology and we could all move on. The longer you do not deal with this the more your going to bleed goodwill. Maybe you had a bad day and went off half cocked but its not to late to turn this around.
