Well shucks...thanks! Wait. Do you mean the rifle? XD

lol how did I know you’d go there! I wonder if they’ll ever do this in CF with leather inserts! That would be crazy awesome. How does the stutzen forend work on these guys? Is it connected to the barrel in any way, bedded or free floated. If it’s free floated what’s the stiffness of the stock? Can it twist and contact the barrel?

Seem weird to me that someone would pay to have their new gun fondled and dialed in before they shoot it. Kinda like paying someone to pop your girlfriend hymen before your wedding night :p

Some guys don’t know how to do it and some guys don’t have the time to do it. Applicable to either lol.

Some people like to cut bait, some people prefer to fish...or have someone drill a pilot-hole for them first ;)

You'll find this pretty interesting/shocking: the barrel does not free float - quite the opposite. There is a compartment on the inside of the tip of the for-end with magnets that hold the barrel. The stock is extremely rigid and reinforced so bending or twisting is not possible. When we were setting up the first one, our range hound Big G was certain it would shoot like sh!t, given that the barrel doesn't free float. In contrast, they shoot remarkably well.

A Carbon Ultimate Stutzen would be very interesting but the cost would be bananas. The Carbon Ultimate is a sweet, sweet rig:

Wow that is fantastic! I also wouldn’t have thought it would work but I guess it’s all about consistency. If the barrel interaction with the stock is always the same …

The carbon ultimate is amazing, absolutely stunning!

Thanks for the reply Omer!
