Get a kinetic puller (hammer)
You will screw up enough times that it will be worth it.
Just wait until you load a bunch of rounds then realize that it's either the wrong powder or wrong load or something else that you need to correct.

What he said. No need to cut the case. Sideways or upside down primers can generally be pushed out without any danger, although I make a point of wearing eye protection and leather gloves.

This is why I am so annoyed at our postal service and other delivery companies like Fedex,UPS, etc.

I would just use a kinetic puller and remove the bullet. That way you can save the brass.
