According to a book I have on the Cooey rifles , they made .22 rifles in bolt action , semi-auto and pump action, and shotguns in break open and reportedly a .410 bolt action but there is no picture or real record of this one. When Winchester took over they made the single shot break open shotguns in most gauges, the .22 in bolt action single shot, bolt repeater and semi-auto, they also made a economy model 70 called I believe a Model 670. It may have been chambered in .30-30 , but I think it was in rimless cartridges like .30-06. CIL (Canadian Industries Limited)had a line of firearms and one of them was a Savage bolt action in .30-30 but it had a CIL model number ,this may be what you are thinking of.
