I think I got a bad cz shadow. I can't find anything on the Internet and a proper stock trigger pull.

Standard pistol DA pull - doesn't look particularly heavy to me (you weren't using both hands). Guys who race these guns change out springs and get a pistolsmith to smooth out the pull.

that's a standard double action trigger pull. You can simulate the SA by racking the slide after you pull the trigger, before releasing the trigger. You'll notice the short release trigger at that point, like you would when actually firing the gun.

Have 3 shadows, different editions, this looks normal for double action, rack the slide, after proving empty of course, ..... quite a difference now

Looks normal to me. Just like mine.

The DA pull is a bit heavy, but I've put over 8000 rounds through mine so far and I bet less than 20 of those were DA. Only did it DA because I can, lol. Honestly unless you're competing with it there's no reason to worry about the DA pull at all. Just fugetabutit!

+1 on learning to shoot DA. Better yet get a revolver like 586/686, tons of fun shooting DA. Don't have to pick up brass.

Why wouldn't you shoot DA? People who have a problem with DA need to actually practice their shooting.

There is nothing wrong with your CZ normal DA pull

Whats the problem here?
You do know thats a SA/DA gun right?
No reason to ever fire it in DA as far as I am concerned (What you are doing)

When I am shooting IPSC the first round after I pull from the holster is always DA.....the other way is to use your safety...IMO the safety moves too easy for use in a holster.....
