Did I get a round stuck in the barrel?

picked up a used mark ii through the classifieds, put a vortex diamback 2-7 on it and went to sight in at 50 yards, it was -22 so was a bit rushed to get it zeroed

sight in target, I don't recall the last shot sounding weak or feeling funny

this was my first shot on a new target, the hole looked funny so I went out to inspect it...not sure what to make of it...it looks 2 different bullets hit the paper?

groups were inconsistent, possibly cold weather? (17hmr is still consistent though)...tried tweaking the torque but couldn't find consistency, stock is very soft compared to my boyd's laminate stocks

but I found some ammo it likes, these were the best of the day, shot a few of them from each brand...yellow jackets and the win bulk ammo

Kinda looks like the bullet keyholed. The top hole is smaller than calibre so unless you had a .17 in the barrel I would say no to your question. In any respect I'm pretty sure something ugly would have happend if there was somthimg in your barrel, even if it's only a .22

it was shot out backing, so likely that...only asked cause I read somewhere (one of the forums) somebody shot a plugged 10/22, didn't blow up but damaged the barrel, very small bulge that killed accuracy after that
