Did I get scammed on this American Defense Manufacturing mount?

This is where, civil law such as small claims court, doesn't require anywhere near the burden of proof as Criminal Court/Law. But.. for $200 let's face it, most of us are just going to eat it and move on rather than take a day off work etc and cost us even more.

I agree with the feedback and either using the item if the seller won't refund/take it back.

Thankfully one of the moderators deleted the feedback he left for me. The seller is understandably upset that I called his mother. I wouldn't have done that had he not used her address on the envelope, or bothered to return any one of my emails.

He's also trying to delete the original ad.

You should post his mothers info on 4chan and perhaps his mother will end up giving him $200 worth of spankings.
 
I don't understand why the feedback gets removed as it is a tool to prevent future fraud potentially. Anyways, I doubt the OP will get his money back - I hate thieves/fraud.
