Hi !

Did someone get news from Adams Lake Barrel ?????

I have sent them two Emails since jully 7 but I haven't received any reply. I tried to phone him but his phone mail box was full. Nothing on his website indicating that he is on vacation.

Ian has some pretty vigilant spam filters running, so sometimes emails get shuffled into the junk folder. Keep calling and trying the email- you should connect.
 
If you use hotmail or gmail, In spite of my best efforts to the contrary they seem to disappear. As I indicate on my website, i live in a very remote area as far as cel service is concerned so drop me an email with your phone number from something other than the above. I will call you from home. I am here all this week.

I already know the phone, fax and email of Adams Lake Barrels. In fact, I ordered a barrel blank somewere in december/january...

1- The voice mailbox at Adams Lake barrel is full (again) and I cannot leave any message....

2- On the Adams Lake barrel website we can read; ''...Email is a much more reliable means of contact...''

I am seriously asking questions to myself...

When your barrel arrives in Ian's hands he will contact you. With the 20+ week backup at Krieger plus the possible border wait time it is probably right on track.

My last barrel (with a supposed 18 week wait time from Krieger) took 8 months to arrive from the day I ordered.

Oh I know how that feels. I'm eagerly :) waiting ten months now for my 8 week stock From the USA. I'm getting like a stuck record with this story eh?. d:h: :)

I would not worry. You will get it. This precision shooting business is about 3 things:

1. Accurate loading.
2. Accurate shooting.
3. Forming the patience of a Dalai Lama while waitng for parts to show that your sure will improve your groups.

Businesses should not be this hard to contact.
 
I am not going to flog this in a forum.

Obviously, I am on-line, I check my email at least daily. Furthermore, I have no idea who you are when you use an anonymous forum nickname, and this is the same reason I will not use the PM function on CGN.

PLEASE try contacting me from a non hotmail or gmail address as these are frequently filtered by Telus' spam filters. You have no idea how much grief this has caused in the past. I live in an area where I have essentially little or no cel service, and thus I have to rely on email for most of my communication. I use the cel when i am in town. My wife and I are both shift workers, and as a concession to my wife, I do not use our private home phone for incoming calls.

I am not trying to piss people off!

Haha..... Obtunded is great to deal with, my 2 bbls showed up last year, no issues.

Be patient, good things come to he who waits!!!!
