Did you Know? We buy Handguns!

At this point you can’t transfer them to another individual. So in the event of a death or leaving the country for an extended period of time you have no other option but to turn them over for “destruction”.

No, you have options. You can store them with someone "in the event of leaving the country for an extended period". With a licensed friend or a business. With TSE even :p

And a serious question for TSE: could someone have you buy a handgun for their exclusive use? i.e. it gets stored at the range permanently but only that person can shoot it. (i.e. central storage) This is the model for handgun ownership in Russia as an example. I'm not personally interested but someone might be...

Honest question, what would be the benefit of this for anyone? Especially TSE? It’s a lose/lose for them in my eyes.

It's actually interesting for younger folks that do not have the luxury of 12.x licenses when a relative that owns prohibs dies. At least the collection can bring back some money to the family and some joy to other shooters...

Ah okay. Prohibited class 12.x

We actually are interested in all kinds of firearms, not just the ones affected by the 2020 and 2022 OIC’s.

F/A and Converted Auto are of interest too.

All we’re saying is…. Reach out before you surrender firearms to the police.

Laugh2

:onCrack:

Brother, you may want to stop smoking crack.........:)

Turn in our guns?

Hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Not.

Lmao got that rite NOT and no not just rite now but NOT in. Hundred years. It’s funny I had a massive heart attack three years ago flat lined three times befor the chopper got to me to take me to surgery. Needless to say doctor said I may not make it. Well I have no wife no children and no will. I called all my shooting buddies and advised if I don’t make it that there to boot in my door and take it all my orders were don’t even leave a single round of .22 ammo. People need to grow a pair and live there life like free men and stop worrying about whatever any government thinks past present or future for that matter

Very well said my friend.

It's time for the nut's to drop, I mean ball........:) LOL

Lol people are waking up and it’s kinda funny a lot are looking for firearms and ammo and some of these fine folks were anti gun only a couple years ago. It’s good that these guys are offering a way out from estate guns or no longer wanted firearms but it’s very sad that it has come to this

BEcause under the Liberals "handgun freeze" there are no more sales to other private RPAL holders or transfers to family. So when you die, you estate has to turn them over for destruction.

except that the exacutor of the will can keep them as long as they want until resale, which can't happen right now,so i guess they'll be in a box somewhere for a long time, not to mention,1000's of handguns and other restricted go missing every year from estates when the owner dies, never recovered, and once a gun owner dies,it could be years before they find out and come looking,by then the things are long gone, and that's from a person who WORKS there,an even better bit of data.NONE of those missing firearms were ever used in a crime,so much for the libtard idea that firearms owners are criminals.LOL

Sad thread

Exposes the biggest problem Canada has with firearms....we fight/disparage/run down each other at the 1st divisive opportunity...and many lay down and start looking for ways to "make peace" with whatever next ridiculous control is thrown in our paths

so sad

Except the sale can happen. It's right here in this thread - TSE is buying. Other businesses are buying, just not individuals.

We are also not supposed to discuss illegal activities on this forum. There's no need to talk big about keeping/hiding/boat anchoring. Do it or don't but stick to the forum rules if you enjoy having this place to talk about guns - it could be closed or used as bad press against us (gun owners keep discussing illegal activities etc etc they are not law abiding)

Would Executors of an Estate be able to sell HGs to you ?

That would actually be great, and really help some people.

It is amazing how many people insist on putting in writing that they either have or are contemplating breaking the law.

As Uncle Elon said : The Internet is forever.
