Didn't want to Hijack- Should I bed this stock?

Rem 700 5R in .223. Replaced the HS Precision stock with a McMillan A5. Currently un-bedded but it's shooting pretty good and I'm not sure if I should mess with it or not. It was usually about .75 to 1.5 moa and pretty inconsistent, here are the results today with the Mcmillan.

Not sure what happened to the one that's out of the group (had 2 out of 10 targets like that- likely my fault), the rest of the 5 shot groups averaged around 0.600 (0.604, 0.608, 0.621 etc) with the 0.506 one being the best. FYI, I'm using a Bushnell 3200 10X MilDot off a bipod/rear bagged and could probably be more consistent with a higher power scope.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

For the price bedding never hurts (if done right) generally speaking my bedded rifles shoot .1-.2 mo better then when not bedded.

Worst case the rifle shoots the same bedded or not

For accuracy, bed the thing, no sense buying a McMillan stock just because it looks purty.

But if you bed it, do it right.

Thanks for the advice. I bedded my Savage 10 FCP Mcmillan and saw pretty positive results- kind of the same case as this rifle. Was pretty easy actually. I have placed an order for a Mcmillan for my 700 5R in .308 as well for a December approx. arrival, so I might as well do both at the same time when I'm mixing the Devcon.

...Yes they're pretty, but more importantly are they comfortable, for me anyway.
