Are they a carbide die? What make are they. If carbide the sizing portion of the die is just the "ring" at the bottom. You may be able to ( carefully) colapse the brass cylender and pull it out the way it went in If not I think a return trip to the maker is your best bet. If they are Lee dies , Discard it and treat yourself to a upgraded set .Just my opinion .
