Exactly. SB die cut above the belt. I also cut the top off before the shoulder. A body die of sorts.

The more I think about it the more it seems to me that the OP would be better off just getting a 7 Rem small base die and using it for everything or just sizing the cases that were fired in the Ruger. The Willis tool is great as a seldom needed problem solver. Might even be the best at the seldom needed one thing its good for and doing it once.
Thing is; it's a fiddly sort of thing and the thought of doing 500 brass every time in a separate stage makes my eyes glaze over. Policing brass is easy compared to that. Besides, you can pretty much buy 3 SB die sets for the price of the Willis tool and it comes with a seater that you could set for a different bullet and leave it that way. Even less fiddling.
A somewhat more fiddly solution would be to get a .338 Win small base die which could be used gutted as a body die for the 7 mms, while being just what it was intended to be for the .338s. It also comes with a seating die for your fiddle avoidance pleasure.
