Latest addition to the oldschool SA20
Damn I need one of those.
Had another addition to the stable, JTF & issued slings, couple eickhorn bayos, elcan covers and a blister pack of tan furniture
thought I'd snap a few of the whole family again. I'm thinking about ditching acog rco in favour of a spectre DR 1-4 and a aimpoint to have the patrol carbine look. 
Damn I need one of those.

Thanks! I usually jump in to things with both feet. Since buying my first CC I'm now down to one noveske, basically for every cc I bought I sold a noveske, when the mmr comes out hard to say if I'll keep the lone survivor or not.
Is that tan furniture Colt Canada!? If so, where did you source it??

The occasional set has shown up on the ee. The Colt sets were spray painted. Originally they were black or green.
That's the only part I'm missing on mine. I'll probably leave mine as is in hopes CC will find a bin of them somewhere. Don't want to bother messing with the staking unless I have a replacement part ready.
VLTOR makes something similar, but not the same obviously.
I actually have a CC (at least it came with a bunch of other CC parts, so I'm assuming) plate nearly identical to this, surplus to my needs. If you want it, PM me.
Ah, ok. Thanks, I was interested in a set if they were factory tan, not so much if they're just painted.

Painted by who exactly? I've always wanted to know? They came in cf blister packs? I've asked a couple people that are in the know or appear to be with all their posts but know one has ever answered me.

Not too sure. Maybe Matt K will be along to tell us. The paint has some grittiness to it.

Doubtful he was one of the ones I pm'd and asked, everyone is tight lipped on the matter. If it came in A a CF blister pack it's likely legit so I'll go with that.
