Glad to finally be able to post here, first gun trough IOP too

Not sure if I rigged the sling up properly but I did order a BFG NSN at the same time anyway... Although it's mounted on my MK18/SOPMOD upper/stock righ now. Very impressed with it on unboxing, I had almost forgot how a 20" feels just right. First thing I did was remove the bushing, I doubt that is necessary and it made me struggle to take the thing down...
Now I need to find a Diemaco carry handle, so help me Gød.

Of course, I should have realized what you meant. Yes, it can make things tight but unlike my last issue rifle, my new SA15.7 opens without much effort even with the accuwedge in place.

How tight is the magwell on your SA lowers? I have yet to shoot mine but PMAGS MOE and AA 5/7 won't drop free right now...

Depends on what model of PMAG you have.

I've only got PMAGS M2 MOE and they are all tight, my AA 5/7 is crazy tight but my 5/10 drops free, all my (black body/orange followers) LAR15 drop free and so does the factory 5/30. All were fine in my my DD lower and ACR. That was unexpected.
One thing I noticed too is how grey the receivers are, I sorta noticed it on pictures before but you can really see it next to my DD upper, it is a sweet finish don't get me wrong but it is different.

Probably the mags or how they were riveted.
Colt Canada broach cuts their mag wells so the chances of their mag wells being undersized is highly unlikely, unlike those that are milled, where tooling deflection can cause undersized or tapered mag wells.
