OK, I have put off buying into the AR platform for far to long. Does anyone know who has Colt Canada/Diemaco AR in stock? Be gentle guys I am a complete nube when it comes to this platform. I do want a Colt Canada rifle though.

I've been nervously waiting to find out what the mini commissars of the RCMP, ie their $50,000 a year 'never-go-outdoors-except-to-get-in-the-car' techs, decide about Diemaco ARs as regards their legal status under the awesome lawmaking powers the Libs have given them. Is there any actual word on that?
As opposed to any other AR?
There was a big thing a while back about some measurement they were going to use to determine if a specific make of AR was 'convertible' under their made up rules or not. As I've posted elsewhere, I find this kind of thing so annoying that, given there's nothing we can do about it until election time, I don't force myself to follow their pronouncements day to day, I just wait for outcomes.
