I have a bit of a problem. I use RCBS dies in .223 and .308 and I stuck cases in both dies repetedly this week-end. The trouble is I have use these dies on numerous occasions before and had no problems. what could be causing this and who should I contact to get them fixed (they are really stuck)

Clean them out with break clean, it could be the lube that you are using is drying out inside the die body. It has happened to me before. Make sure your cases are clean and properly lubed. Is there any evidence on the cases that you removed to see where they are binding?
ie: neck, shoulder or body..
You may have to send them back to the manufactures. You can make up your own case puller with a 1/4" tap and the right drill bit.
Drill and the tap the case from the primer end. Stack up some washers around the case head and a washer on top of the stack and thread in a bolt as a puller screw and tighten up the bolt. With any luck they will come out.

I'm using Lyman case lube and I must say it looks as if the inside of the die is scratched. I will call RCBS to see what to do about it but I'm thinking of buying lee dies. I have a set in .308 that does a great job and doesn't need lube so I will probably b uy a set in .223. I just will wait for RCBS answer
If two sets of dies that had worked fine before are suddenly getting stuck cases, I'd suspect it's a lube problem.

Once the stuck cases are out, take the dies apart and clean them with solvent. Use a flashlight and check to make sure there's no crud remaining inside.
Switch lube - toss the old stuff, whatever it is. I know I'm partial to Imperial Sizing Die Wax - works wonderfully with less cleanup than anything else I've used, but replace your present lube.
If that doesn't work, call the RCBS help line.
