The CSA isnt so much new as it is military parts refurbished to look better than new. They are taking mil parts and refining them to look hot. There is also a tabbed bolt carrier in the CSAs.

Actually you are incorrect. The receivers of the CSA's are newly manufactured and milled to a thicker dimension then the CZ's. That is why the CSA rifles have the scope mount base holes ready to go to accomadate a scope. Yes the CSA bolt carrier has been tabbed and it hs been finished black instead of the classic grey parked colour.
CSA also come with 2 mags, no bayonet & scabbard not 4 mags like the CZ and bayo and scabbard
