If the bolt has a Mauser-type extractor, it could be a pre-64, or post 1991. Push-feed style was made in those years between. If your serial # has a "G" before the numbers, it was made after 1968.
top is push feed, bottom is claw extractor (pre-64 style)
There are many differences between the pre, and post 64 model 70. The most obvious difference is the extractor and ejector setup. The pre 64 has a large claw extractor that covers the right locking lug when the bolt is extracted, and the ejector is a fixed system through a cut in the bolt face. The post 64 has an extractor that is mounted within the right locking lug, and the ejector is a plunger-type that appears as a round sprung button within the bolt face.
