Different Beretta Action types?

I've got limited experience with Beretta Semi auto loaders.Simple question.....I have an A400 and a A303.Both have different internals.Are all Berettas either or? which is proven more reliable....opinions please?

The A303 belongs to the A300,301,302 and 303 series and did not have a gas regulator system so they can be be picky on ammo in the 3" configuration. I have an A303 and its more than 30 years old and still a reliable gun. The newer Berettas have a gas compensation system that lets them use a wider range of shells and are again reliable shotguns you have two fine guns.
