Difficulty viewing the new website? Possible solution found here.

Call Canadaammo Monday to Friday 12pm to 3pm. Ask for Ryan.

I am fairly certain he can resolve the issue you are having.

I bet you're right, Ryan could solve the problem. The trouble is, most customers like snooker and myself just won't call, we'll just move on and shop somewhere else.
I'm still have the same issue on my iPad that I reported in post #11 and that CanAm asked me the details about in post #47.
I don't particularly want to "clear my cache" or "remove all my cookies" just to see IF Canada Ammo has fixed the issue... if I did that, it would mean weeks of having to login to sites I visit, trying to guess my login data instead of the sites remembering me; that's a pita that I didn't ask for.
The site works fine on my desktop, the only trouble is I am on my desktop about 1% of the time and the other 99 I'm on my iPad.

Runningfool, just tried it on my iPad and it works fine, better than the desktop in fact. Are you running the latest iOS (8.1.3) on yours?

I am unable to open the Canadaammo.com website for the past couple days. I've tried on my iPhone6, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome (version 40.02214.11 m, which in the settings says it's up to date) and on my Android Tablet...

Is the website down right now?

I have tried multiple browsers across multiple OS and cannot open the website.

I get a white screen.

Anyone else have this issue?

The website is back.

I cannot figure out what is wrong with it.

I would suggest that user error is to account for most of the problems that are encountered.

While I do not use IE ... why the hell would anyone ... I did check it with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

The ONLY issue that I encountered was that the banner ad was not displaying with Firefox.

Simple fix: clear the cache ... all is well.

Regardless of the browser, it is easy to navigate and straight forward. This might be a user based issue too as I have been surfing the net since we called it modeming.

The best part about any e-commerce is that it can change in an instant.

Give positive, constructive feedback and things happen.

##### and moan because of user error or ignorance ... well we know that only one person can fix that!

I have bought a bunch of stuff off CA, awesome. The new site seems (now) fine on my desktop, but these days most of my impulse buys are with one hand around a rye n coke, and the other around my IPad. So, they should figure it out. I don't know, or give a #### what version I am running, nor am I gonna clear my cache. Maybe that's just me.

When you clear your cache, you should be able to select what you clear. ie. you do not have to clear your passwords etc.

How do I select what I clear? When I go to clear it, all I get is a button that says by selecting "clear", it will clear all history, cookies, and browsing data.

If I hit that "clear" button, I have a funny feeling I won't get an option of what to clear and what to keep...I suspect it will all be gone and I'd rather not gamble given that Steel355 says he has the same problem as me even after clearing his cache and history.

Edited to add: found how to selectively delete data. Will try your website and report back.

Ok it took me a while to go through all of my website data, line by line, but I've got all CanadaAmmo stuff cleared off the ipad. Aaaaaaaaaand I have the same issue I posted about originally. I'm done troubleshooting.

I find it vaguely amusing that people are blaming the website for the end users inability to use technology.

I guess I have an odd sense of humour.

Using multiple OS's and web browsers, including Safari on the IOS 8.1.2, I am able to fully use the new website.

Well done CanadaAmmo.com, well done!

You shouldn't have to... looks like this for me:

NOPE. My menu does NOT look like that. I'm using Firefox, and I do not get the nice, easy-to-read horizontal menu across the top of the page, like it used to have (or like your screenshot shows). I get a silly little "Menu" button near the top right corner, and when I click on that, I then get a vertical menu along the left edge, and then successive sub-menus if I click on them individually. This is a p.i.t.a. This is typical of a software programmer getting his jollies by mucking about with a good thing, and changing it just for change's sake, and not likely being a user of the system themselves, but that's just my guess. We have the same kind of stuff go on at where I work. Programmers who do changes, but don't regularly USE the system, so they don't appreciate where the conveniences SHOULD be. It ain't the end of the world, I'd just like to know how this is supposed to be considered an improvement? That's the end of my rant. I've got better things to waste my time on.
