In my haste, I bought 200 rounds of .45 without looking. I asked for .40, paid and left quickly (I had hard timmings to meet).

So, what should I do, return the ammo? :( or buy a .45?:dancingbanana:

Well, I think you could go back tomorrow and explain the situation... didn't you wonder why it cost so much? ;)

Most places will not take back ammo, and I don't blame them.

Buy a .45 or trade it away for .40, is my suggestion.

The answer is obvious you need to buy a .45, what else are you going to do with that ammo? Otherwise it will just sit there and go bad.

Lebaron for example will not take back ammo. I guess there is a liability concern.
Ammo is evil just like guns.
But Lebaron makes money so they sell both, but treat you as if you are evil when you buy guns and ammo there.

How so? I was just at the Mississauga location the other night buying some .223 and .45 auto and the lady at the front desk was quite pleasant, and also offered up some alternatives and suggestions. Prices weren't half bad either.

No big deal at all.

I meant this tongue in cheek, thats why I used so many smileys.

Just trying to find excuses buy a new psitol, because I think the girlfriend will "steal" my G22...

maybe you need 2 .45's, you know, one as back up :D

How could you own and operate a .40 without having done said with a .45 first???;)

Just kidding of course. They should take it back without question, just don't wait 2 weeks.
