Dillon 550 conversion kit- 9mm

hey guys,

I am having an issue, and i cant figure out what is happening. I have narrowed it down to the powder hopper station. It seems like it is getting stuck on the powder funnel, and then it is hard to do the down stroke.
It makes a snapping sound, it does not seem to matter where i position it, it will not give any more bell.

Question,
do these eventually wear out, causing what i describe?
Tips/tricks welcome.

Clean it and re-adjust it , may be you did change powder lately - Biggs

Yeah I polish the sliding bar with fine 600 grit paper and it moved flawlessly since then .
