The only thing I can add:
Since you can't lube the primer bar. The two screws on the bottom can't be too tight for one.
While you have the primer bar off, take super fine sandpaper (1000 grit). Sand any part of the primer bar that slides in and out. Don't remove anything other than the (1 thou) matte frost it comes with. Once it was smoothed out, it works flawlessly. I think it was meant to 'wear in', but this just makes it slick without using lube. Saw a YouTube video on it.
