2 screws to remove the primer feed, a set screw and a main screw for the shell plate and two pins for the tool head. You'll need to drop in the larger case-feed sleeve as well. Assuming you have a separate tool head set up for 45, you can change everything out in less than five minutes. Probably more like three minutes. Do it once or twice and you will be able to do it blindfolded. Very easy.
