I just contacted him myself for a price and was told from him that he cant do better than dillion themselves.

his price itself maybe not but after shipping and taxes maybe i have heard to many scary shipping stories to order that much stuff from the states
When I contacted one of the US mail order houses about ordering my Hornady LNL AP a couple of months ago I was told that progressive presses needed an export license from the Department of Commerce.
I stopped looking south of the border after that since that could take between 6-14 weeks.

You will have no problem ordering a Dillon press from the USA. If a dealer says they can't just find another dealer or straight to Dillon.
On US made items like this you will pay the sales tax for your province and GST when shipped Postal and examined by Customs. No special duties just sales tax. You will have to pay sales tax when you buy within your province or just GST when in Canada anyways.
