Hey all,

I'm just about to buy a Dillon 650 and was wondering what options you guys find to be the best bang for the buck? If any?

Case feeder

Powder check system

Low powder sensor

Strong mount

Bullet tray

Get the Case Feeder and the Strong Mount. The latter is a must. The other two are kinda nice....

I got all in your list but the low powder sensor for my 650, and don't consider any of them to have been a waste of money.

This is my personal preference and it is numbered according to priorities.
1 - Case Feeder
2 - Strong Mount
3 - Powder Check
I have never use low powder sensor in my RL550 & XL650.

Case feeder Yes The large pistol casefeed(45) works for small pistol(9mm) as well.

Powder check system Yes

Low powder sensor No Its right in front of you. If it gets down to 1/4 time to refill.

Strong mount No Depend how high your bench is , Do you want to stand up. Will it be too high and you need a stool for changing the casefeed plates.

Bullet tray No The lid off a cookie tin works just fine.

Aluminum Roller handle is a nice little touch as well.

Spare parts kit. Yes they have an awesome warranty but things do break, just at the most inopportune time and you can't wait for 2 weeks for the little retaining clip to arrive.

I got all the bells and whistles for my 650 ...just love it ...heck you can pump out over 500 rounds in an hour....i rec the alumiun roller handle.....and just stick with the large case wheel- the roatating disk in the hopper .....you do'nt need the small case feeder ...your wasting money ...the large case feeder will accomidate the small cases ........later
