Would someone be able to send me a few pics of how the Dillon casefeeder works. I want to adapt this to a press I have, and would like to plan it out before I buy the feeder.

What's to plan out? You buy the appropriate casefeeder for the press you have, and bolt it on. The 3 Dillon casefeeders are press specific for the 550, 650, and 1050.
