Dillon ships direct, yes. I placed an order last week and was told they would be at least 4-6 weeks before they ship due to "current market insanity". Not sure if they ship to distriubtors before retail customers, but you would think they would do.

That is exactly what I did. Mine will be shipped to my mailbox over the border. You should know that there is at least an eight week wait for dillon presses right now.
