Dillon Powder Measure - 40sw

Where can I find a 40sw powder measure for a Dillon 650?

I know I can order from Dillon but want to support someone north of the border.

Currently set up for 9mm.

I have a new die shellplate, new plastic brass drop (purple), and dies. I know I need some new tits (#2 I believe - can anyone confirm?) but should be able to find those around. Anything else I need?
