I am interested in what you consider "better". I have two Dillon measures allocated to titegroup powder (.38 sp, .45 colt) both probably set 15 years ago (upwards of 100,000 loads since then) for my preferred load and have never had a variance of more than tenth of a grain on every re-check I have done since.
I find I have less variation with my Hornady than my Dillon powder mesure. Not a scientific study, but I have both and used both for multiple thousands rounds. When loading 9mm set to 4.1gn of Titegroup, on the Hornady it drop most of the time 4.1 with some odd drop at 4.0 or 4.2gn. Same caliber on my XL650 with the Dillon powder mesure I can get odd powder drop from 3.9 to 4.3gn sometime. Also I find the adjustment is more precise on the Hornady.
That's my experience, I like both presses but for different reason.
