Dillon Presses

just wanted to thank you guys again for the service you provided, I am looking forward to doing more business with you guys in the future. here is a picture of the press installed by one happy customer.

Damn!! Nice setup!! I wish my wife would give me that much room!! I'm stuck between the Christmas decorations and the Halloween ornaments in the basement with my lee pro 1000. I wish I would have spent the extra n got the Dillon. Great prices!!! Wanna make a trade?...... Anyone??
 
550 B is a fantastic press. I have had mine since the mid 1980's, must have loaded well over 100K rounds, with hardly any problems and Dillon was always there when I called them with questions or if I needed a part.
 
I am planning on getting the 550B in a month or two. Besides the press and the dies, what are some other pieces that you guys recommend me getting or have to have?

Soooo...stupid question.....
Does the XL650 in 45acp come with what you need to get started loading? It says it doesn't come with dies, but what is the difference with the other 650 sets? Shell plate?

Yes shell plates are different n primer on some pistol rounds are smaller. Once you buy a set in a certain caliber they sell caliber change kits which comes with everything u need for the different caliber a second powder measure and a die plate so u can just change out the top of the press by removing two pins and without having to readjust your dies every time. If u review the website I posted above you can get a lot of information then when ur ready order thru one of the site sponsors.its a pretty informative site. Cheers n have fun shooting.
