Hey guys

Thinking of picking up one of these trimmers to run on My 650 for bulk 223 and 308. Are they worth the money? anyone using it and can share there thoughts?

Right now iam running a Frankford Arsenal® Platinum Series Case Prep and Trim System and well it works good but doing a couple thousand cases at a time is getting tiresome.

Thanks

I run an RT1500 on my 550. It's worth it to me. My 550 is set up with a case feeder. I use two toolheads. The first one to deprime & trim, the second one has a case mouth expander, powder drop, seat, crimp.

Yes this is very nice set up …highly recommended if you have say like way over 200 plus brass to due ….set it up and go your arm might get tired of pulling the handle but once your done you will have buckets of ready to load brass
Yes I use one and it’s sweet!!!!

Cannot speak for RT1500 but press mounted electric trimmer is definitely worth it for bulk loading 223/308.

I opted for the cheaper lyman/mark7 power trim express and 223 case preping is no longer a pain.

Thanks for the advice guys. . Sold the Frankford today so I Pulled the trigger and bought the Dillon. Found one from a site sponsor for $530. Looking at it like a time saving/long term investment. Time is money and I would rather shoot than reload.
