Something I've found with my 550 is that the shell plate can become grunged up with a clay like hard combination of spilled powder and oil. It was holding my case heads from sitting nice and vertical and I was catching the odd lip. If you still have an issue where it does this now and then remove and clean the shell plate. And while it's apart clean any similar "powder'crete" out of the indexing setup.

I clean the shell plate and lube after each major run plus blow out any spilled powder.. so far so good
Loaded 300 rounds tonight without a hiccup, thinking I'm in the clear now.

What size are the shell-case holding pins? I think they are numbered 1,2,3 or 4
If your pins are too small, it will allow the case to move. Is that a 9mm? the pins should be #3. 45acp is #1, 38 Special #2, 9mm & 32 S& Long #3 (I think - just did a quick check) if it is 9mm and you have # 1 or 2 pins, then that would allow the case to shift.
I have never had a problem at station 2 - it can happen at station 1 (if you do not seat the case properly).
Failing all this advice, ring Dillon - they will know for sure!
