Dillon service what can I say, two weeks before a IPSC match and my xl 650 broke. And I mean the casting that goes from the handle to the ram. I phoned Dillon to order the parts and was telling them that it was just my luck for it to break two weeks before a match. Yup they said very bad luck. I hung up from Dillon and started to phone around to bum about 500 rounds to get through the match. I knew that most of the time it's 12 to 14 days out of the USA via snail mail. Well came home to day and in the mail there is all my parts. 7 days from the time I ordered the parts, they sent it via special air mail with a note in side that said good luck at the match. All this at NO CHARGE, now that's service.

Their customer service is the best in the business and it's well worth the premium they charge for their equipment. If anything goes wrong with their stuff, regardless of whose fault it is, they'll generally send you the replacement parts free of charge.

3 weeks ago I was loading up some .38 spl on my 550 and I filled 4 primer tubes with primers and off I went loading away. I got to the third tube and when I dumped it over to fill the hopper it sounded funny, like 1/2 the primers didn't come out. Sure enough when looking thru the tube I couldn't see daylight. I tried very carefully to push them out with the plastic rod but they wouldn't budge.

I called Dillon to ask them what to do and they said to fill the tube with oil, seal the ends with tape or what have you and return it to them and they would send me out a new one.

So I filled it with oil and let it set overnight in an empty can and in the morning I thought I would try one more time with the plastic rod and it worked, I pushed the primers out. So I cleaned the tube out and sent it back to them explaining what had happened and my order number.

3 days later I got a package from Dillon with two tubes in it, no charge. Yes you pay up front when you buy Dillon but with service like that I don't complain.
