Dillon, so easy a 4 year old can do it...

Nicely done sir! Now all you need to do is teach her how to clean the firarms after shooting and you have it made!!
Seriously what a cutie pie! You are a lucky man!

she was so excited to pull the lever and complete each step..I cant wait for her to be old enough to come out with me...perhaps a reason to start a new thread to find out when we let our little ones come with us to the range...

It is a nice feeling for sure... My daughter now 8 yrs has always wanted to help dad in the loading room since about 4...

Wait till they hit about 10-12 and they realize that there is work involved and you will never see them reloading again. Just so you know it only gets worse as they get older and have a social life, that is when you either go grey really quick or loose your hair.

Enjoy these times while you can because the next time you will bond with the kids is when the grand-kids come along. :D

Glad to see you ended up with the 550 Kevin. If you don't mind me asking where did you pick it up? I remember the thread about my Dillon on your site.

Good pixs too. My 2 year old keeps asking me to help reloading. I have not figured out where she can start right now.

Later...

my two year old daughter places the bullets and then helps me pull the handle (shes not strong enough to do it herself)

i now use it as a treat to reward good behavior ^^
