Dimensioned drawing of MG-42 Bi-Pod

I'M looking for a dimensioned drawing for a MG-42 Bi-pod. I've been striking out with google so any help or ideas would be appreciated.

The reason I want the drawings is to make a roughly 2/3 scale bipod for my 10/22 MG-42 which is around 2/3 the size ( I did check at marstar the other week but they didn't have any)

Actually if anyone would be willing to take a few photos of a bipod next to a ruler, that may work.

There is a military archive in France that I obtain a bunch of engineering drawing for the P08 and P38 pistols. They may be able to help you. I do not have their contact information right now but I will dig in the cave tonight and post it. Be forewarned all their replies are in French even if your request is in English. Should be less of a problem for those who live above the 49th Parallel.

As promised earlier I sneaked past the cave bear, step over the sleeping saber tooth cat and throw a mammoth bone to the Dire wolf and recovered the address to the Centre des Archives de l'Armement et du personnel de Chatellerault. This is the last address I have and it is about six years old so no sure if it is still valid. But here goes: 211, Grande-Rue De Chateauneuf, B. P. No. 650, 86106 Chateauneuf Cedex FRANCE.
