Figured over easy.
Pretty dizz way and dem gattors clips better.

Shawts were 20-80 yards........... gift oar take.
Had the RAR owt, great shooter, but a wee bit kumbersum with
the big boner magzeen.
Dint run owt oh ammow. Dint have to count.
Just fillder-up while walk'in.

beautiful scope looky, but dem dar dam Weeeevers gotta git gone!

Out of all my scopes, this one is my favorite.
Wide dewplix and works very well with me crappy chewt'in eye.
Only to find another jest like it.
Bawt a 2x7-28 and stuck it awn me 336 terdie-turdy.
When Curlie gits dun with me t'uther 69A, gonna mownt it awn it and
do a pre and post war chewt-owtt.
Maybe gonna git the gunpowder feller involved.

I hear him cuss'in at the bit frum way over yawnder.

Beautiful rifle. Details?

Aww that tew nozse sniffer ain't sniff'n werth chit.

It's a pre war Winchester Model 69A.
Sumbuddy scalped the wood stock.
Comfortable to shoot.
Light and snuggles right up to yer face.
Trigger is nice and light.
Got the receiver grooved for the top style 3/8" Weaver rings.
Now the scope sits awn tawp the barrel rather than over to the bolt side
as they frequently do.
One more in the making.
I'll post it up when I gitzs'er home.

Something about old guns that most new can not touch. Thanks for the details.
