Nothing over 99$ on my order, and through an FFL dealer they will let it leave the country. That's how we get our guns an parts here - FFL dealers and approved ITAR programs.
A lot of poor importing advice in this thread now, do your research, I've read the ITAR exemption list a few times over, gun parts without paperwork are in the same page with nuclear materials, you don't want to piss those guys off, they do take it seriously.

The FFL dealer takes care of said paperwork.
If you're not interested in doing the import yourself, there are several very repeatable CGN sponsors that'll help you out for a small fee (50$ from Prophet). That's good importing advice, IMO, but each to there own.
