DIP Savage Parts ? Anyone stocking them ?

I ordered my DIY parts from Kinney's Shooting Supply in North Carolina. No problem and ships very reasonably to Canada. You can google for their website.

It is illegal for Kinney's to ship those DIP parts... but if they are doing it, then go for it fast before they catch on or get slapped by ITAR.

When I talked with Patrick from Kinney's he told me he has an export permit. He's been shipping to Canada for a number of years now, and as far as I know, without issue.

The only way a product can be shipped is if the OEM has completed the ITAR paperwork and paid for the ITAR permit... a distributor cannot do it on their behalf... Brownells, keeps a registry of products which cannot be exported... most are from small manufacturers like DIP.
