Disable Animated Signatures???????

Somebody please tell me there is a method that I don't know about, that allows me to entirely delete/disable
the animated signatures that are becoming more and more prevalent on this forum.

Yes, yes I'm just a guy with xx number of posts, and no trader rating but I really don't like my screen looking
like a damn circus, or a concert light show.

I find them annoying also but I can live with them.

Don't get me wrong I don't think they are bad now, but I have seen where it can lead.
Just hope there is a way to shut them down. (for myself)

It would be like knocking out every a*****e you meet in your life… Never going to happen..

If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox you can just hit the Escape (ESC) key to stop them. If you are using Chrome you will need a Gif stopper add on.

You can select to not see signatures at all, in the settings for the forum display.

Was a good day, that I found that. Now, if I really ant to see someones sig line or their profile picture, I click on their name and look, otherwise, not at all.

forum display?? do you mean in the settings menu in the top right corner?
I cant seem to find it, can you guide me to the right menu?
