Disabled Lindsay hunter challenges law

I would be happy to write some letters in support, it is a quick and easy way to help out another hunter.
I know Wylie, have even had the opportunity to hunt with him on a few occasions. I got to help build an elevated ramp a couple years ago so he could access some excellent hunting land. Had the privilege of helping drag his first deer off that land this spring too.
Outstanding person with the heart of a hunter.

This is he and I putting the finishing touches on the ramp stand, the man behind the camera is the mastermind of the project.

Then this fall, a thumbs up to a deer on the ground before the drag out..

I know there used to be these permits available for disabled hunters to hunt from a "vehicle". My dad knew a guy who had a permit that he could hunt off his 4 wheeler. I'm not sure how the loaded gun while in motion works into the equation though.
You would think there would be an exemption available to users on a wheel chair, whether it was this renegade model, or a regular wheelchair. For that matter even an electric wheelchair. Classing it the same as a bicycle doesn't make sense to me. A bicycle can achieve high speeds and possibly could be dangerous to be carrying a loaded firearm on.
My 2 cents.

Disabled hunters are still allowed to hunt from atv/side x sides...however when they are in motion, their firearm must be unloaded. This guy wants to use his wheelchair as a stalking tool, and therefore needs to have a loaded firearm with him. I dont see why this would not be allowed. I think the wording needs to be changed to allow disabled hunters the same opportunity as us able bodied hunters.
