Disappointing CCI minimags

Never had a problem with wax and mini mags before, but blazers I've had/have are horrible, can't even use them in the winter or cold days due to flaking wax jamming magazines.
 
Funny you mention the wax issue. I recently opened a box of Choot Em promo minimags the other day. I removed some of the shells and put them in an empty S&B standard .22lr box for easier packing. There was so much wax on the Minimags I had a difficultly getting the rounds into the little plastic holder part.
 
its not totally surprising, their producing at maximum capacity to try and fulfill demand and unfortunately the increased production seems to correspond to a drop in quality.. kinda tragic since quality is one of the words that comes to mind when i see the CCI logo.
