Anyone know where to find disassembly instructions for Remington rolling block rifle? Any reputable gunsmiths that can reduce trigger pull weight?

there is one thing you can do yourself. Remove the trigger spring and see how much resitance there is on the trigger with no spring. Put a piece of thick leather or thin wood over the firing pin to avoid damage to same. The trigger spring on originals at least is quite heavy and you can grind the sides of it narrower to reduce its strength.
If the sear notch on the hammer is very deep, you can try epoxying a shim on the full #### notch to reduce the depth of engagement. Not a particularly permanent change butit will indicate if a permanent shim is a solution.

Thanks Mooncoon. The gun is all original matching 1873 Swedish. I would work on a replacement part and keep the original. How do you get at the spring to remove it?

Without going downstairs and looking at a gun, you remove the butt which gives you access to the mainspring. You will probably need a bent screwdriver or a pair of pliers to remove the screw which secures it. Once out, that removes the tension from the lower tang/trigger plate.
Unless I am mistaken there are either two through screws or 4 short screws located at the bottom front and back of the frame which keep the lower tang/trigger plate in the frame. Remove them and you can pull the trigger plate/tang/trigger guard out. That gives you access to the trigger spring.
You can make a new spring from drill rod if you prefer not to alter the original.

It's not rocket science. Undo the keeper screws that hold in the breechblock pin and hammer pin. Knock them out with either a brass or aluminum punch. They come out the side with the keep screws and only go in one way.

Before you do that, #### the hammer and remove the breechblock pin and block FIRST. Then relieve the hammer down and remove that pin.

After the mechanism is out, undo the trigger guard screws and pull it out.

The rest is self-evident.

It's probably the simplest gun to disassemble after the bolt action. You really can't mess it up easily.
