You seem to want to take this to "the next level" ? I can feel the tension building already. I wasn't "pissed" or irate about this, but you act as if I was.
The purpose of this thread wasn't to try and get a response from BBB, it was just my personal opinion on my initial impressions of this rail (and purchase) from S&J...

Understand it from you point of view, but if you plan was to do a review of the product no problem, we welcome that.
But you first post stated that "i guess this is what passes for new"
We want only the best products to hit the market place, as yours is damaged and we do not have one to eachange we are offering you a full refund inc shipping back to us.
As stated in our pm,s to you, we do not want defective product on the market, we will leave that for other people.
How the product got damaged i have no idea, nor did we ask, we simpley don,t want to be one of those companies that puts out product that is not perfect.
And for the same reason we have changed how our orders are handled and how our products are shipped.
Unluckly for you, you reached us just days before we made our shipping changes, so the products was shipped late, but shipped out express at our cost, to get it to you as fast as possable.
Im at a loss as to if this is a review of our product as you say it is? or a defective product issue.
We try to do well by our customers, but we want to offer the best product we can, and the marks on the rail have been a big enought issue for you to take the time to do photos and post them on CGN so we feel we need to get the product back from you.
