Backpack would be my choice, but the tennis raquet case is a good idea too

I'm also thinking back-pack style. Easy to carry discretely, securely, and for long distances if need be, especially if traveling by four wheeler and you don't want you rifle / optics rattling around too much.

Couldn't you just get a gym/duffel bag then just chuck your rifle in that?
