I assume you are talking about the collapsible cleaning rod like shown below:

It is shown here sitting on top of the Boys action cover, with the muzzle wrench, the monopod socket, 2 .22 cal subcaliber rounds (H.W. Cooey marked) , 1 drill round, a spare magazine, and both types of muzzle covers.
