Whats the barrel length on the upper and is the carry handle removable i.e. a rail underneath?
I believe these are the old c8 uppers. 14.5 Fixed A1 sights.

If that is the case, the people don't know what they are missing. An ar built with this upper is so nice and light and simple. I have one and like it so much I bought another.
I would love the whole kit if I had a spare $900 kicking around.

I’ll agree on how nice a C8 is. It’s exactly why I want one. But that’s also exactly why I don’t like the kit. The parts included are certainly quality and I’m certain if you add them up you’re likely coming out ahead but they’re not correct for someone putting together a clone. I wouldn’t even be able to use the lower parts kit, it has the wrong safety. Buffer tube is wrong, same with the buffer and the retaining nut and stock. I could sell them in the EE, or use them in another build but I would prefer not to have to stretch my budget. The mags aren’t even right and that would be the easiest thing to include. D&H black Teflon mags are easily regularly available in Canada. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with Hex but they’re very wrong for a clone.
I already have a CC lower, proper notched safety, two position buffer tube, CAR buffer, proper old style retaining nut, aluminum and Colt fiberlite buttstock, Diemaco pistol grip and a couple of spare CAR handguards. Hell, I even have a BCG. The only thing I need is the upper. I’m not sure why they won’t sell them separately as I know of at least two individuals that claim to have purchased just uppers with BCG from this batch. One guy says he got to go through them all and cherry pick two of the nicest ones out.
