Found this interesting don't know if I would try it myself but for the guys on here who do cases in bulk it maybe worth your while to save a few bucks. Hope it's not a repost.

..... I use Pam cooking spray when I'm doing thousands of cases with my RT1200 on my Dillon... Never had an issue as long as you don't go crazy with it, then you get dented shoulders.
 
I have been using that recipe for years , love it ! Works great, if you buy smart it's dirt cheap. Just think of all the trips you are not making to the gun shop because your little tube or spray can ran out. My closet store is 45 minutes away, so doing something like this is a no brainer for people trying to save a buck.
 
Any health food shop carries it in a liquid form, cut it with either methyl hydrate or 99.9% rubbing alcohol and its all good. I picked up 7.5 fluid oz last year for 10.50 and have barely made a dent in the bottle. Also if you can get castor oil and cut it it works amazing.
